The solution is available as a flagship consumer product and can also be white-labeled for financial institutions which lack a digital wealth management offering.

Meet Wizest Leadership Team:

AXEL THIBON: Co-Founder and CEO

Axel started Wizest by bringing together the co-founding team around a clear vision and mission: building a solution that makes investing more approachable, collaborative and transparent. After an early career in France and Spain as an industrial engineer working mainly in the automotive industry, Axel came to the US to get his MBA from MIT. He then started his finance journey, serving as the head of strategy and transformation for two banks, leading areas like strategic and commercial planning, product development, marketing, operational efficiency, compliance, digital transformation and M&A. During this time managed an online bank, VirtualBank, and, before starting Wizest, launched another online bank from scratch, TotalDirectBank.

William Littlefield: Co-Founder and CTO

William J. Littlefield II is a technology entrepreneur, lead engineer, and academic philosopher of technology and applied ethics. Currently, he also serves as Chief Technology Officer of Wizest, where he coordinates a dedicated team in building new features and scaling the platform. Prior, his expertise in early-stage startups contributed to company formation and the raising of capital alongside the CEO. Complementing his experience as a former founder, William honed his fintech skills by writing code for Visa. As a digital nomad, William operates out of wherever business and scholarship take him; you might catch him pitching VCs in Silicon Valley or doing research in the old capitals of Europe.

Estibaliz Incer: Chief of Staff

Estibaliz Incer is Wizest’s0 Head of Investments and Chief of Staff responsible for managing the core strategies available to our clients. She is also responsible for overseeing the vetting and onboarding of the Experts to our platform and the governance of the company and serves as acting CFO. Estibaliz is a seasoned industry professional with over 20 years of experience in the international asset management and financial services industry. Before joining Wizest, she spent 12 years at Bradesco BAC Florida in Miami, where she served in different capacities within the organization’s bank, broker-dealer, and RIA. She was responsible for developing the investment process and strategies for the firm, heading the investment products platform, as well as for managing portfolios for clients. She also has extensive commercial banking experience. Estibaliz earned her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering in Costa Rica. She also earned an MBA with a triple major in Finance, Strategy, and multinational management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She maintains FINRA Licenses 7,66, and 24.

Paul Mallory: Chief Compliance Officer

Paul Mallory is the founder, CEO, and lead consultant for Venturis Solutions, which he founded in 2017. With over 17 years of industry experience, he is approached by investment adviser firms, software and technology providers, and other leaders in the RIA space for his expertise. Paul has served as the Chief Compliance Officer for multiple investment advisers and has been sought as a speaker and thought leader on multiple topics affecting investment advisers. As the Chief Compliance Officer for Wizest, he is tasked with ensuring that the innovative Robo-advisor meets the increasing challenges facing investment advisers using technology to interface with its customers.
